Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to EasyImagen, including its prompt library, generation tools, account features, subscriptions, and related services. By using EasyImagen, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction. If you use EasyImagen for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

EasyImagen may use Google OAuth for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Google account and for activity performed through your EasyImagen account.

Provide accurate account information and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts that compromise service security or violate these Terms.

Paid plans renew for the billing period selected at checkout until cancelled. Monthly plans grant credits after each successful monthly invoice. Annual plans grant the stated annual credit allowance after the annual invoice is paid.

Credits are a limited, non-transferable service entitlement. They are not money, stored value, or a financial instrument and cannot be redeemed for cash. Prices, taxes, included credits, and renewal terms are shown before checkout.

You may cancel before the next renewal through the available support or billing channel. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not normally reverse a completed billing period. Refunds are provided when required by law or expressly stated by EasyImagen.

AI-generated outputs may be unpredictable, inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or subject to restrictions imposed by model providers and applicable law. EasyImagen does not guarantee that an output is unique, error-free, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law and applicable provider terms, you may use outputs generated through your account. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and obtaining any permissions needed for commercial, regulated, or public use.

You retain the rights you hold in prompts, reference images, and other content you submit. You grant EasyImagen a limited license to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and technically modify that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service.

Do not submit content unless you have the rights and permissions required to use it with AI services and third-party model providers.

You may not use EasyImagen to violate law, third-party rights, or service security.

• Do not generate or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, exploitative, or privacy-invasive material.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent synthetic media as verified evidence, or facilitate fraud.
• Do not bypass access controls, probe infrastructure, automate abusive traffic, resell accounts, or interfere with other users.
• Do not upload personal, confidential, or regulated data unless you have authority and an appropriate lawful basis.

EasyImagen relies on services such as Google for authentication, Stripe for payment processing, hosting providers, and third-party AI model providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply when their services process your information or content.

EasyImagen is not responsible for third-party outages, model changes, payment network decisions, or external services outside its reasonable control.

Features, models, credit costs, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves. We may suspend or discontinue parts of the service, including when necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or provider changes.

We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes affecting active paid plans.

EasyImagen is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability where those disclaimers are legally permitted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasyImagen and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Any aggregate liability relating to a paid service is limited to the amount you paid for that service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using EasyImagen at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful activity, non-payment, or where required by law.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material updates will be identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
