Privacy Policy

This policy explains what EasyImagen collects, why it is used, which service providers receive data, and the choices available to users.

Last updated: August 18, 2026

01

Information we collect

EasyImagen collects information needed to operate accounts, generation tools, credits, and payments.

  • Account information such as name, email address, profile image, internal user identifier, and authentication records.
  • Prompts, reference images, generated media, selected models, settings, favorites, and generation history.
  • Subscription, invoice, credit balance, and transaction records. EasyImagen does not store complete payment card numbers.
  • Technical and usage information such as device or browser details, timestamps, feature interactions, security events, and diagnostic logs.
02

How information is used

We use information for the following service and business purposes.

  • Authenticate users, maintain accounts, and provide prompt discovery and generation features.
  • Process subscriptions, grant credits, prevent duplicate transactions, and maintain financial records.
  • Protect the service, detect abuse, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability and usability.
  • Communicate account, billing, security, legal, and material product updates.
  • Comply with law, enforce the Terms of Service, and respond to valid legal requests.
03

Google OAuth

EasyImagen uses Google OAuth to sign users in. Google may provide basic profile information such as your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier according to the permissions shown during authentication.

EasyImagen does not receive or store your Google password. Google processes authentication information under its own terms and privacy policy.

04

Stripe and payments

Stripe processes checkout, payment methods, invoices, and subscription events. EasyImagen receives payment status, transaction identifiers, billing amounts, and limited customer details needed to fulfill purchases and maintain records.

Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy and security standards. Complete card details are not stored in the EasyImagen database.

05

AI providers and other service providers

Prompts, reference media, generation settings, and related technical data may be sent to the selected AI model provider to produce requested outputs. Hosting, database, monitoring, email, and security providers may also process limited information on our behalf.

Providers are given information reasonably necessary for their function and may be subject to their own terms. Avoid submitting sensitive data that is not necessary for your creative task.

06

Data sharing

EasyImagen does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers, professional advisers, authorities responding to valid legal process, or a successor involved in a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service.

Public prompt or gallery features may display content and profile information only when you choose or authorize publication.

07

Data retention

Account and generation information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations. Billing and ledger records may be retained longer where financial or tax laws require it.

Retention periods vary by data type and operational need. Data may remain in encrypted backups until those backups are rotated or securely deleted.

08

Security

EasyImagen uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including third-party authentication, restricted access, encrypted transport, and transaction idempotency controls.

No online service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your Google account and notify the official support channel if you believe your EasyImagen account has been compromised.

09

Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing.

Requests may require identity verification and may be limited where retention is required for security, fraud prevention, financial records, or legal compliance. You may disconnect Google access through your Google account settings and cancel paid renewals through the available billing or support channel.

10

Children, international processing, and updates

EasyImagen is not directed to children who cannot legally consent to the processing of their information. Do not use the service if you are below the applicable digital-consent age without authorization from a parent or guardian.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for international transfers.

This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service, providers, or legal obligations change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and, where appropriate, an in-product notice.
